Chi in moves

After a while of training I think that people should be able to use Chi to inforce the blows. Like as seen Here and Here

This should probably start to be avaible around:
550-600 Skill Level

i chose 550 cuz im nearly there >< lol
but in truth i dont really mind

I choose 600 as i thnk tat 550 is too little and the rest are too much. btw, did any of u notice u can vote for more than one ??

i choose 650 cause to enforce an attack with chi it takes people with very high skill lvl to do so usually those at master or apprentice lvl (1 lvl to becoming master)
